Period of Coverage:

Premier Graphene 10H Ceramic Coating: Comes with a lifetime warranty valid for 8 years from the date of application. Annual inspections are required. If an inspection is missed, the warranty is valid for only 1 year after the last inspection.

Pro Ceramic Nano Coating: Comes with a warranty valid for 5 years from the date of application. Annual inspections are required. If an inspection is missed, the warranty is valid for only 1 year after the last inspection.

Extreme Ceramic Coating: Warranty varies by application. For marine applications, the warranty is valid for 2 years. For aviation applications, it is valid for 3 years. For wheel, engine bay, and undercarriage applications, the warranty is valid for 5 years.
General Liability Limitations:

ShowCar Ceramics provides warranty coverage for defects in the ceramic coating application.
The warranty does not cover damages caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, or negligence.
Exclusions:

Pre-existing damages, scratches, dents, or damages caused by improper care or maintenance.
Damages from environmental factors, such as acid rain, bird droppings, tree sap, or industrial fallout.
Damages caused by modifications or alterations to the vehicle after the ceramic coating application.
Annual Inspection Requirement:

To maintain warranty coverage, an 6 month inspection by an authorized ShowCar Ceramics representative or certified installer is required.
The vehicle owner is responsible for scheduling and completing the annual inspection within 30 days of the warranty anniversary date.

Vehicle Accident Damage:

ShowCar Ceramics does not provide warranty coverage for damages resulting from vehicle accidents or collision repairs.
In the event of an accident, the vehicle owner should consult their insurance provider for coverage and repairs.
Making a Claim:

In the event of a warranty claim, the vehicle owner must notify ShowCar Ceramics at [email protected] or an authorized certified installer within 30 days of discovering the issue.
The vehicle owner must provide proof of purchase and warranty documentation.
ShowCar Ceramics will assess the claim and, if deemed valid, will repair or reapply the ceramic coating as necessary.
Warranty Limits:

ShowCar Ceramics’ liability is limited to the repair or reapplication of the ceramic coating.
In no event shall ShowCar Ceramics be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the ceramic coating.

Limited Lifetime Warranty
This warranty covers defects in materials and manufacturing against yellowing, bubbling, or cracking. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, misapplication, normal wear and tear, dents from road debris impact, collisions, and/or intentional damage of any kind. This warranty also does not cover damage caused by user mishandling during curing time. Warranty coverage begins on the date of installation of the ShowCar window film product and extends through the period of ownership by the original registered owner of the vehicle. This warranty terminates upon any sale of the vehicle and is not transferable.

Curing Time
The mounting solution used during the installation of ShowCar window films may require a drying time. This period may lengthen in cold or non-sunny weather and shorten in warm weather or with direct sun exposure. You may notice small water bubbles and a slightly cloudy appearance as the film dries. As the film will dry completely over time, a slow drying time is not a cause for concern. Do not operate your windows until the film is completely dry.

Cleaning Instructions
To maximize the life of the window film, follow these instructions for proper care and maintenance:

• Always use clean, soft materials to wash and dry window film surfaces.
The window film may be cleaned with most conventional washing solutions.
• Avoid ammonia-based window-cleaning products.
• A soft cloth (microfiber recommended) or clean synthetic sponge should be used for washing. For subsequent drying, a clean, soft cloth or soft rubber squeegee is recommended.

Claims
If, after installation, any product failures are found under this warranty, contact the original authorized ShowCar installer. If the original installer is not available, submit an email request for warranty service to ShowCar ([email protected]). Include the warranty card and original receipt/proof of purchase. If the specified documents are not submitted, the warranty service is void. For valid claims, an authorized ShowCarinstaller shall remove the defective film and reapply new product(s) to areas determined by ShowCar to be covered by the warranty.

Limited Product Warranty
Thank you for choosing ShowCar(Product) manufactured by ShowCar and installed by your independent dealer (Seller). GHF warrants that the Product will not bubble, crack, or turn yellow for 10 years from the date of purchase (Coverage Period). This non-transferable warranty extends to the original purchaser only (Buyer) and applies to the Product purchased for use within the United States of America and Canada.

Warranty Coverage Provided
This warranty is limited to the replacement of defective Product and excludes labor charges to re-apply the Product. All exterior washes must be performed by ShowCar to ensure the warranty remains intact. All warranty claims are subject to review by ShowCar and must comply with all warranty claim requirements as detailed within this Limited Product Warranty.

Limitations
Warranty coverage is only provided for Product installed in accordance with the installation procedures referenced in the ShowCar Product Installation Manual and maintained in accordance with the ShowCar Product Care & Maintenance Instructions. This limited Product warranty does not apply to any damage to the Product, the vehicle, and/or its painted surface, caused by accident, physical impact, harsh chemicals, fallout, acts of God, normal wear and tear degradation, or abuse from power washing, buffing, polishing, or detailing. Fresh paint must cure a minimum of 90 days before installing the Product, and this warranty does not include coverage for paint peeling in the event Product is removed. Improper Product installation and Buyer’s failure to adhere to ShowCar-directed Product Care & Maintenance Instructions will void Product warranty coverage.

Disclaimers & Exclusions
Liability of ShowCar/Seller is limited to the warranty provided herein and no other warranties or representations are provided. No person, distributor, agent, dealer, or professional installation company is authorized to modify, change, or extend the terms

of this limited warranty or to assume or create any obligations or liabilities for ShowCar or Seller. This warranty may provide specific legal rights that can vary from State to State or Province to Province. This warranty shall be construed by the laws of the State of Colorado United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

The foregoing is the exclusive warranty for the Product and is offered in lieu of all other warranties, agreements, and similar obligations of ShowCar and Seller. Except for the express Limited Product Warranty specified above, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, neither ShowCar nor the Seller make any warranties, either express or implied, including without limitation any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent limiting either of the foregoing limited warranties is prohibited by applicable law, then such warranties shall only apply for the Coverage Period.

Under no circumstances will ShowCar or Seller be responsible for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, direct, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the Product and regardless of whether the legal theory is based in contract, tort, or other theory of law or equity to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
